Yoga Equipment
In general, there are some basic items to bring to any yoga class. These will help you to do yoga smoothly and enjoyably.
1. Loose Clothing
A simple loose long enough t-shirt and sweatpants or work out pants will suffice for a yoga class. Wear fit but comfortable clothes because you will have to stretch in all directions.
2. A Pair of Warm Socks
The best yoga practice is barefoot. However,it is better to wear socks at the end of class meditation to warm your feet when your body cool down.
3. Yoga Mat
A yoga mat can be purchased at the yoga studio or at a gym where there are yoga classes.
4. Towel
Well, isn’t it normal to sweat when you exercise?
5.Drinking Water
Sometimes, some yoga class may increase your body temperature(such as Hot Yoga),so it is ver important that you should not forget to bring drinking water for sipping to balance your temperature.
