A new sequence especially beneficial for runners, cyclists, athletes, everyone!

The sequence will move the spine through its 6 degrees of freedom: flexion, extension, lateral flexion, twists. Butterfly at the beginning is a mild flexion to get started. Dangling and squat deeper flexion. We move the spine into extension with sphinx. Bananasa laterally flexes the spine and we finish with reclining twists.
