Well half way through 2020 and what a year it’s been so far. Due to Covid 19 I started online live Facebook classes, out of my comfort zone! We also moved house from Bramhall to the other side of Macclesfield
So, after the initial fear, the online classes work out really well for me. Lok who’s a run leader/coach at Bramhall Runners leads a Bodyfit session and I’m doing various challenges, yoga classes during the week.
Our new Facebook group is Strength and Fitness Classes@Home with Julie and Lok. There’s about 8 sessions per week, if you’d like to join the group it’s £20 per month. You are able to watch the videos later if you can’t make a live session.
Monday-Thursday Julie’s Elevenses – 15 minutes at 11 am strength challenges, planks, squats, HIIT workouts
Monday 7-8 pm Strength, mobility for athletes
Tuesday and Thursday 11.30 am 30 minutes Chair yoga
Tuesday 7-8 pm Hatha yoga
Thursday 7-8 pm Bodyfit Strength with Lok
Thursday 8-9 pm Yin Yoga – target the connective tissue and fascia
